Born in Wolverhampton, our home-based workshop transforms classic French pâtisserie into modern edible art, with a special love for trompe-l’œil creations that surprise the eyes as much as they delight the palate.
Each piece is crafted slowly, intentionally, and entirely by hand. From the delicate crispy chocolate shell to the hidden heart of an insert, every element is made in-house using refined techniques and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We create in small batches only, honouring the purity of flavour, freshness, and the beauty of artisan work.
